Ordering

Dispatch order sheet, worker dispatch calendar, dispatch period conflict date notification (only for new dispatch destinations)
*In order to ensure stable employment for dispatched workers, we ask that you request a dispatch period of 30 days or more whenever possible.

Arrangement of staff for contract signing

We will send you a labor dispatch contract, so please fill it out and stamp it according to the instructions.
Please be sure to inform your supervisor of the details of the contract.

  • We will select the appropriate staff to suit your business needs.

  • Staff will be provided with a written statement of working conditions, and will undergo health and safety training for all work other than exempt work.

  • Once the staff member has been selected, we will send you a notification of the placement destination.

*If you cancel your dispatch notification, you may be required to pay a separate cancellation fee.

Dispatch begins

  • In accordance with the Work Temporary Staffing Act, instructions to dispatched staff must be given by the person in command.

  • We ask for your cooperation in complying with the terms of the contract and laws and regulations in the course of business.

  • In addition, if dispatched staff are required to assemble before working hours, the assembly time will be charged as the start time of work.

Start of work

  • Please fill in the necessary information in the designated **"Dispatch Destination Management Register"** and be sure to send it to us at least once a month.

  • In addition, we will confirm your employment status at least once per contract, so we ask for your cooperation.
